Supplies:

Colored/not Wooden ice cream spoons or popsicle sticks

Cockatiel links or other connectable links

Hardware for hangin

Drill

Instructions:

Drill a 1/8" hole near the end of each ice cream spoon. Make a chain out of the cockatiel links (I use just the oval ones) and slip one spoon onto each link. Attach the hanging hardware in the top link and you're done!
