I have seen people post online who have found a bird even after several days. There is still a reasonable chance you will find her. If you don't, it's not your fault. I'm hoping for you.

Nope, nothing new.
I think I did see a bird who flew similarly to her yesterday evening, but I dismissed it, because I thought the bird flew too fast. If she had any more flight feathers come in (for a while, she only had one grow in while the other clipped feathers didn't even molt out. Looked very weird when one long feather stick out when she spread her wings).
Forecast calls for rain, and then freezing. Judging by the sky, this might be one of those rare moments where the weather people are right. At this rate, it might be as well be considered miracle if I find her.

You can always hope that someone else managed to catch her, and she's indoors safe and warm.

That is all I can hope for now, because it's raining. The chances of her surviving out there are quite slim, now.

I've heard that a lot of escaped birds who go up a tree will come down after 3 days. Flying or climbing upward is instinctive for them, but coming down is learned and a lot of them don't really know how to do it. So they more or less get stuck in the tree like cats do sometimes. But after three days the lack of food and water gets to them enough that they take the chance and come down anyway.
Lucy is a good flyer of course and knows how to fly down to the floor. But she's not used to flying down from that much of a height so it might be intimidating for her. All this time she may have been flying around up at the high level but not coming down. It's been about three days now. If she's still outdoors it's questionable whether she could have survived the weather we had last night and are still having this morning. But there's a chance that she may have come down sometime yesterday and got picked up by someone.

Thanks guys. I'm keeping the lost ads up, in case if, somehow against all odds, she's still out there. If someone has taken her in, I simply hope they at least contact me.
