Where is everyone? Busy with spring planting and enjoying the outdoors?

It's quite beautiful here in upstate NY. The birds are well. The clipping was good. Perhaps I should have had him do one more feather. They are still flying, and sometimes they are still getting up high. They are a little more cooperative, though, about going into the cage.

Piper is singing a lot. Winter is getting a bit more mature looking. Her cere has become a very light brown.

The tiels love to go over and climb all over the budgie cage. Winter makes these funny clucking noises at Silver. She open beaks him through the bars. I think she doesn't like him that much. How can anyone not like Silver??

You can always take one more feather yourself. You have the other clipped feathers to serve as a guideline and you know exactly which feather to take. It definitely helps to have a towel and another person to help with tiel wrangling!

I didn't know you live in upstate NY, Diane. In this case, I have a question.
I consider sending my child to camp in Catskill mountains. 2 hours NW from NYC.
What is weather like in this area during summer? Any particular time that you don't recommend? Feel free to pm me. Thank you.
