It really depends on what you want. The gold is more eye catching and the green is more parroty. It really depends on your taste. I think the gold would look better for a caquie but I personally like green a bit more because it's less eye catching.

Oh my. No no no. Not worth it. That costs more than a huge bird cage and the carrier is tiny and will only be used to take him outside. I would rather spend the money on a harness and train them. It's much cooler in my opinion.

Not to mention. The harness is $30. Much cheaper. You can buy what you want. I'm just throwing in my 2 cents.

I suppose it would be nice if you went on lots of hikes and wanted to take your cake with you, but I just use a small cage as transport, which isn't too often honestly.

I found a blue carrier from my safe bird store. It's 12 bucks. http://www.mysafebirdstore.com/CARRIERS ... An-58P8HAQ

I found a similar design to the carriers you wanted but for $65. I think it's a better deal but they don't come in red or blue. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00LMI4K8 ... ref=plSrch

The carrier you've picked is a very good one... I know someone who uses it for taking there bird out and about... it allows the bird to see out but people cant see in... also it comes with a perch or 2 for the bird inside... I spoke to her she recommend it highly to you... A little expensive but good...
