I have copper hair and very white skin. People with this complexion sometimes also have some tiny red spots on their skin.
Unfortunately my boy likes to peck at them, and this really hurts...

He could be trying to preen you. Noticing these unusual spots, and so he's trying to "clean" your face. Unfortunately, their definition of cleaning oneself and ours are like two different worlds altogether.

I also have some little moles on my neck and face and Milo loves to point them out by biting at them. The best way I can distract him is with a piece of paper for him to chew on. It helps for a bit anyway.

They are actually on my legs, and really tiny. I had them all my life, and the doc said they are harmless and they are because of my skin type/complexion.
But yes, my boy could still be trying to preen me. So nice of him...

I usually just give him my arm so he can be distracted and jump on it.
He does love dots, also on clothing!

This is common behavior with birds. Shodu likes to play surgeon with any kind of mark that she sees on my skin. This is instinctive behavior so it's not something that you can train them out of doing. Distraction and keeping him away from the "problem" body parts is the best approach.
